558jl reserves the right to decline, reverse, or delay any deposit at its reasonable discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the User's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

7.1 Verification Requirements

16.2 Escalation and Arbitration

Both parties agree that such arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila and that the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
